You send the price list
In whatever shape you already have it: a spreadsheet, a shared folder, a page on your site. Reformatting it for us is our job, not yours.

We give the agent the stock and the client registration; you give the rate in the contract. Placement is not for sale and neither are views or leads: our income appears where yours does — on a signed contract with a buyer.
The contract with the rate is signed before the first request, not after the first deal.
After that the flow runs through us: the agent never writes to your sales desk and never sees its contacts. You get client registration requests as one stream from one counterparty.
In whatever shape you already have it: a spreadsheet, a shared folder, a page on your site. Reformatting it for us is our job, not yours.
We watch the source for changes and carry over price, status and instalment terms. An agent does not bring a buyer to a unit you sold yesterday.
The request arrives from us, with a name, a phone number and a timestamp, and it goes into the log. An argument between two agents over who brought the buyer is settled by the log, not by a messenger thread.
The commission becomes due once the buyer has paid the agreed share of the price. Of what we receive we keep 15% and the rest goes to the agent — that split is public and the same for everyone.
That is the whole list. It is published because the joining procedure is one of the few things you can check before the first deal: when the answer at the door is “let us discuss the details”, there is nothing to check.
Any format, any cadence. Parsing it and reconciling it with your site is on us.
A number in the contract and the condition under which it is paid. Under Georgian law a verbal agreement works against both sides: where the size of the fee is not agreed in writing, the “usual” market rate applies — not the one you discussed. We promise that same payment term to the agent, and the two cannot drift apart.
How many days the registration holds, what counts as first contact, how a dispute is settled. We pass your rule to the agent word for word rather than inventing our own.
One name and one channel. Requests arrive as a single stream from us, not from every agent separately.
You keep selling yourself and through anyone else. Under Georgian law exclusivity is only possible in writing and for no longer than six months anyway — we are not asking for it.
Not for a listing, not for views, not for “priority in the feed”. Lifting anyone for money is not even technically possible here: the agent has no feed where it would mean anything.
No access to your CRM, no scheduled exports, not a line of code on your side. Your existing source stays the source.
How many units the channel will sell, nobody knows, and a figure here would be an invention. We promise the mechanics and the rate — the first deal shows the rest.
Not a mockup: price-list parsing, site scripts and a review queue showing “before → after” run in production at a real estate agency. That is the same machinery we will point at your source.
The request, the time, the unit and the agent all go into the log. Under Georgian law an intermediary’s fee is due for a contract concluded as a result of that intermediation — the log is what proves it, and it is the same thing that protects you from double claims.
We are the data controller and the consent is collected at the moment of registration. You receive a client, not somebody else’s duty to keep processing records.
The channel is new and we are not going to write “300 agents”. Judge us by the contract, by the joining procedure above, and by how many minutes it takes your new price to reach an agent.

Send the price list for a single building. We will load it, show you how it looks to an agent, and sign the contract with the rate before the first registration request arrives.
Nothing. We charge for neither listing, nor views, nor leads — only commission on a closed deal, at the rate you named in the contract.
You name the rate and it goes into the contract as a number. We do not publish it, because it differs per project. Of the commission we receive, 15% stays with us and the rest goes to the agent who brought the buyer.
Different products and different money. The system for your own sales team is a subscription and it lives on the “For developers” solutions page. The channel is not software for you, it is sales: you pay nothing until there is a deal. Neither one requires the other.
No. You sell yourself and through any other channel, and we earn a fee only for a buyer registered through us.
Then they are yours and no commission arises. Registration works by first contact: if the buyer is already with you, the agent’s request is refused straight away rather than after the deal.
No. The agent sees neither your contacts nor your registration form: requests arrive as one stream from us. For you that is one counterparty instead of dozens of strangers.
Nothing. You send the price list as it is — the rest is our work. No CRM access, no exports, no development on your side.
