Availability grid

The whole building on one screen: floors, cores, statuses, prices.

A unit tile is edited straight in the grid — price, status, finish, any attribute. Tick several units at once and apply one action to all of them: raise the price by a percentage, change status, assign a promotion. Statuses and the set of unit attributes are configured for your agency rather than hard-wired into the software.

Market analytics

Price per m², trends, comparison between projects, map.

Five views of the same data: table, summary statistics, an area-to-price scatter plot, a trend over time and a map. Compare projects against each other, break the numbers down by group, export any slice.

Payment plans and discounts with scopes

unique to us

Set the condition once; it decides for itself what it applies to.

A promotion or payment plan is described by a scope rather than a list of units: the whole project, one building, floors five through eight, two-bedrooms only, available only. A new unit that matches the condition falls under the promotion by itself. When several conditions land on one unit they resolve by priority, not by whichever ran last. Currency conversion works on discounts too.

Reservations

Expiry, automatic release, history, and an answer to “what runs out today”.

A reservation is a process, not a flag: it has an expiry, an author and a history of extensions and releases. Expired ones are released by a background job. A dedicated view shows what ends today and tomorrow. Overriding someone else’s reservation takes a permission, and it stays in the log.

Client links and showcase

A shortlist for one buyer, in one link, in your colours.

An agent ticks units and sends a link into a messenger. The buyer sees a showcase with your logo and your colours, floor plans and payment terms, and can switch currency. The link carries an expiry and a device limit, so the shortlist does not travel further than it should.

Floor plans

One drawing across many units, with clickable zones.

A floor plan is uploaded once and attached to every unit of that type — not one image per unit. Zones are marked out on the building plan: clicking a unit on the plan opens its card.

amoCRM integration

Units inside the deal card, without switching windows.

Elystex does not replace your CRM; it lives inside it. A panel appears in the deal card: attach a unit, reserve it, see the live price and status. Deal fields fill themselves from the unit. Pipelines, stages and required stage fields are configured from the Elystex side.

Currencies

USD, GEL, AED and more, converted at rate and labelled as such.

A price is stored as a value and its currency. Staff and buyers choose what to look at; conversion runs at the current rate with history, and a “converted from USD” label always sits next to it — nobody mistakes a conversion for a set price.

Permissions and audit log

Who sees what, who changed what — one entry per change.

Roles are assembled from permissions, and access is scoped to specific projects: an agent sees their own and not the rest. The change log is append-only — an entry cannot be rewritten after the fact. A permission change reaches open tabs immediately, without a re-login.

API and exports

Programmatic access by key and a full export of your database.

API keys with rate limits, a full database export and a selective price list to a spreadsheet. Export of your data in a machine-readable format on request is a term of the contract.

Catalogue on your own site

An embeddable availability grid and shortlist on your website.

A showcase that lives on your own site rather than behind a link: catalogue, filters, the building grid and a request form. It updates from the same database as the working screens, so “sold” on the website does not lag behind “sold” for your agent.

Dynamic pricing

Prices recalculated by rule: demand, sales pace, floor, view.

Recalculation rules sit on top of the manual layer that is already there: the same scope mechanics, except the conditions are set by sales pace and remaining stock rather than by a person.

Payment schedules

Dates and amounts, not just the terms of the plan.

The payment plan unfolds into a schedule: down payment, instalments by date, balance. The buyer sees it on the showcase and it exports to a file.

Notifications

A reservation is expiring, a price moved, a client opened the link.

Email and Telegram: reservation expiry, status and price changes on your projects, and the moment a buyer opens a client link. Configured per role — one thing for the agent, another for the head of sales.

Sales reports

Conversion, deals per period, plan against actual by agent.

Reports on how the team works, not only on the market: how many deals closed, where they stall, who brought what. Separately — the return on each marketing contractor by campaign tag, without a single new field in the CRM card.
