You pick the flat
The whole stacking plan: price, floor, finish and status as of today, not from a price list a week old.

A client asks about a three-room flat by the sea — you send a shortlist at today’s prices instead of waiting for a developer’s sales desk to answer an email. The stock, the contracts and the client registration are ours. The client and the sale are yours.
Joining is free. There is no access fee: we only earn on a closed deal.
Client registration with the developer runs through our request. You never see the developer’s form — which is exactly why a client registered through us cannot be taken away from you.
The whole stacking plan: price, floor, finish and status as of today, not from a price list a week old.
Your client opens a link with layouts and prices. The link is yours: your name and your phone number, none of our contacts on it.
The registration request goes through us and we file it with the developer. Back comes a status: registered until a date — or already registered to someone else, and you know that before the viewing.
The developer pays us, we keep 15% and transfer the rest to you within one business day.
It runs on your numbers, right here, with no sign-up and no call with a manager. There is one formula and it is in plain sight.
developer commission × 85% = your share
No sales-desk phone number, no registration form. That is the lock on the channel, and it works both ways: a client cannot be routed around us, and cannot be taken from you.
We neither hand out leads nor sell them. You bring the buyer; we bring the stock, the registration and the money.
The commission becomes due once the buyer has paid the developer the first 10–20% of the price. Until the developer pays, that risk sits with you — in exchange you can see what stage the deal is at and where the money is.
The commission is paid to a registered sole trader — that is how 85% stays with you. No status yet? We register it with you, it takes a day, and we do the paperwork, not you.
The stacking plan, reservations, client links and shortlists are not mockups: the same machinery runs in production at a real estate agency. We pull developer stock from their own price lists and websites, which is why the price in your shortlist does not lag behind the sales desk.
85 and 15, with no “up to” and no asterisk. There is no other share for special cases, and you will not be learning it after the deal.
We do not publish reviews we do not have, and we do not show logos of developers we have no signed contract with. Judge us by the documents and by the database you see yourself.
The client’s consent is collected at the moment of registration and we keep the processing records. You do not have to become a data controller to pass us a buyer’s phone number.

Send a request: we open access to the database, register your sole-trader status if you do not have one, and walk the first client registration through with you.
Nothing. No access fee, no subscription, no paying for leads. We keep 15% of the developer commission on a closed deal — that is all we earn from you.
The developer pays once the buyer has put in the first 10–20% of the price. Within one business day of that money reaching us, your share goes out to you.
Your client is registered to you in the log with a timestamp. We do not write to them ourselves and we do not hand them to another agent, and the link they open carries your name and your phone number.
Whoever registered first wins. If the client is already registered with the developer by the time your request lands, you find out straight away rather than after the deal. Close family counts as the same client — the wife can be the one who buys, the commission is still yours.
Yes, the payout goes to a registered sole trader — that is how 85% stays with you. We register it together with you, it takes a day.
Yes. The database, the client shortlist and the registration request all work from a phone.
Then we wait together: we do not pay out ahead of the developer, and that risk sits with you. In exchange you see the payout status and the stage the developer is at — not an answer that says “soon”.
