Cases

How this looks in practice

A live deployment, described in full: what moved, what was configured, and what the sales team stopped doing by hand.

Agency, new-buildGeorgia, BatumiRunning in production

Two systems merged into one, with amoCRM kept in place

A real estate agency in Batumi · name withheld — we publish a client’s name only with their written consent

The agency worked in two systems at once: units in one, deals in the other, with data walking between them by hand. The job was not “change the CRM” but remove the double entry: deals, tasks and conversations stay in amoCRM, units and prices move into Elystex, and the unit appears right inside the deal card.

What we did

  • Inventory migrated and now maintained in the availability grid: in-tile editing, bulk actions.
  • Promotions and payment plans moved off hand-kept lists onto scopes.
  • amoCRM connected: deal ↔ unit link, field autofill, pipelines and stages.
  • Reservation available from the deal card — the agent does not switch windows.
  • Client shortlists go to buyers as a link, in the agency’s colours.

We take a limited number of deployments each quarter

We do them by hand: migrate the database, configure the CRM around your pipeline, train the team. In return we ask permission to describe the result.
